LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY
I believe that all leaders must live what they believe and believe what they live. I believe that the first-line supervisor must learn, adhere to, and enforce standards. I believe that all leaders should adopt and live good, wholesome, and morally accepted values: at home as well as at work; when someone sees them and when no one is around; in their minds and in their hearts. Values are the core of good leadership. I believe whole-heartedly that we owe it to ourselves, our organization, and our followers to dedicate and sacrifice as much as is needed to accomplish the mission and fulfill the vision. I believe strongly that if we as leaders and educators take care of and maintain the welfare of our students then we will always be successful in mission accomplishment and fulfilling our vision. I close my education philosophy with my wholehearted belief that all leaders and educators must be technically competent and proficient in all of their primary and peripheral duties.
